(1) According to Rule 4, if approval is received from the Government of Nepal to proceed with the process of project implementation, the authority shall prepare a report containing the following details regarding the implementation of such project:-
(a) Share, area, extent or nature of Nepal Government and private sector investment in the project,
(b) Methodology for Project Operation and Management,
(c) Amount of investment to be made in the project,
(D) Necessary qualification and ability of the investor to implement the project (e) The main conditions of the contract with the investor implementing the project,
(f) If the project is to be implemented on the land provided by the Government of Nepal, the period during which such project should be transferred to the Government of Nepal (g) Benefits to be derived from the project and manner of distribution thereof,
(h) Other matters determined by the Ministry.
(2) After preparing the report according to sub-rule (1), the authority shall submit such report to the Ministry.
(3) After studying the report received according to sub-rule (2), if it is found appropriate to implement the project, the Ministry will determine the necessary conditions and procedures and give approval to the authority to call for letters of intent and proposals.
(4) Before giving approval in accordance with sub-rule (3), if additional details are required on the subject of the report, the Ministry may send it in writing to the authority for submission.
